Phoned at 3pm, 1 hour later a very nice man helped us put old machine in garage ( I helped him) and fitted mums new integrated dishwasher within the hour, overcame door hurdles, took it out mums boot himself and took to kitchen...they even booked with 10% discount for code they suggested when I phoned back.
