Very poor.
Do not use this company. I called them at 10 this morning and asked for a central heating engineer. Picked a slot between 11 and 2. Was told I would receive a call before that time to advise when engineer coming. Called at 12.30, concerned I had not heard from anyone. Was advised that engineer would call half an hour before arrival time. At 1.30 I got a call to advise that the engineer had been delayed until MONDAY!!! Very poor. Fortunately I had a call back arranged with British Gas, and they are now coming before 6. WASTE OF TIME
