Engineer came out to service a boiler, told the tenants that the boiler was unsafe to use due to lack of service and high CO readings. 3 days later still had no contact from the company to let me know this only when the tenants contacted us did we find out.
Do not use this company, poor service, terrible communication, expensive and slow.
Could not say a good word about them.
