£118.80 is very expensive for six minutes work, but we knew it was a simple job. Problem was, we could not have done it ourselves now.
We felt that it was a very efficient set-up. It is quick which, in the case of an emergency, is exactly what is needed. We had a time slot and that was confirmed later by the engineer who phoned prior to his arrival.
