I hear the service provided today was very good, so thank you for this. Very good that your engineer called to confirm the action required, then implemented it.
The only negative (and hence not full marks on the survey) is that you advertise yourselves as Emergency call out, and promised me someone on Saturday by 2pm. Eventually called the house at 5pm to say you weren't coming. Had I known this, I could have made alternative arrangements, and prevented subsequent plaster damage.
So, great service today, but poor effort on Saturday
