Very poor customer service.
Struggled to post report, furnish me with empty promises to do it tomorrow. In the end, after numerous phone calls, they have emailed me a so called "report" more than invoice a few lines why boiler failed. No info how much would it cost to fix, etc. No reply on the email.
Money thrown into the bin £148.....
