Very efficient service from the operative named James.He arrived within the timespan,phoned 10 minutes before he arrived and was extremely friendly both on arrival and during his work. The only criticism I have is he didn't have the part and had to phone around to get one which added considerable time to the job and therefore to the cost. It would have been more customer friendly to wave some of the cost of the visit for incidents such as described. However, overall a job well done.
