I was concerned that I was doing the right thing by completing the information on line, but all good. Telephone confirmation the next morning alayed my fears. I was told the approximate time the engineer would be with me and he arrived a little earlier. Neil was very helpful and kind and although my boiler couldn't be repaired there and then, I have been able to make the right decision going forward.
So many thanks to Plumbingforce, would not hesitate to recommend.
