Gas boiler broken...coldest day of year..promised 1 - 3 hour time slot that day.
They called to cancel 2 hours into slot and offered 9 - 12 slot the next day.
I Phoned at 10.50 to get some idea of time to expect gist...they phoned back at 11.30 saying the engineer had been held up on first job. Would 1 - 4 slot be OK....!!!
This is not what I call service. As they had cancelled the 1st slot I should have at least been the first call the next day.
Thoroughly frustrating and bad experience would not recommend them to anybody
