Matt came round on Monday and the issues were sorted by him on Wednesday. Booking process was easy and Susan booked me in quickly. All very polite and friendly, would recommend.
Was pricey but now I have hot water when it's -2 degrees outside, can't complain as it was sorted very quickly.
All people contacted were friendly and approachable.
