Turned up, spent 20 mins fiddling about, then told me required qualified electrician to connect electric oven before he could do anything. So then left charging me full price for callout, even though he did nothing and was there for less than half an hour.
Arranged for electrician to come straight away but engineer wouldn't wait for even five minutes
Called office and they said they're engineer was correct as they don't do duel fuel cookers.
