After misdiagnosing a simple blocked pipe, and charging over £700 for 3 hours work and a pump that wasn't required (the pump they installed lasted all of 24 hours before it too broke), they have failed to respond to a complaint in writing, asking why one of their engineers seemingly took advantage of a vulnerable woman in a difficult situation. They actually intended to come back the next day to install vents that weren't required and charge even more. We have since had an independent engineer in, who cleared the pipe and replaced the pump for a fraction of the price - the only reason we needed a new pump was because the one they installed was broke.
