Victor who came to check and install the fire was very efficient, made no mess and showed me how it worked as it was slightly different from the previous model. The only snag was it took a couple of weeks to get the fire as Plumbingforce had delivery problems - however everyone I spoke to during that time was helpful, explained why and he did come a day earlier than agreed and I was told. I hope very much never to have to use them again but I would should the need arise.
