Unfortunately, despite a quick visit from a competent engineer (at premium prices), and despite the part being in stock a mile away, the company then cancelled 3 times over 2 days when it came to fitting the required part. Not very good management, and smacks of having got the upfront fee, abandoning the customer to a faulty boiler despite being easy to fix! Very very poor management when engineers always have more "urgent" jobs to attend to-reminds me of builders who "start" jobs and then disappear for weeks leaving you hanging on! Nothing like local tradespeople who you know and live nearby-avoid at all costs!!
