Michelle was very helpful in organising the call out as my boiler wasn’t working and Phoebe, the engineer was very professional and did a thorough job in installing a new boiler and draining/cleaning the radiators. My only problem was that Plumbingforce at no time mentioned I would need to dispose of the old boiler and when I rang and asked they told me the council would take it for free. Well the council won’t take it for free or for money so I had to search to find someone to dispose of the boiler properly. It would be great if Plumbingforce could at least warn customers about this so they can prepare, be even better if they disposed of boilers themselves for an additional amount. But Phoebe and Michelle were excellent.
