First visit, 2 hours late, £400 dint fix the problem and, crucially, dint tell me specific parts could have fixed it, just that it needed replacing. Took 3 hours to figure that out. Not the smartest engineer.
Today, 1 hour late, came round and re-wrote the original quote. Place is an utter joke.
