Should be called Plumbing Farce. Shocking. If there was the option of scoring no stars that's what they'd get.
Initial response was good however leak continued post repair. Not a problem, parts under warranty and they said they'd get someone out to me. I've taken a total of four days off work waiting for them. As I type this they are again not coming until supposedly later. I've had engineers stuck at jobs, engineers vans breaking down, engineers going sick. I'm waiting for excuses relating to natural disasters and cholera outbreaks.
