Booked an appointment to see an engineer - advised after the event that he wasn't coming.
Booked another one, same thing happened (it takes me an hour to get the site & went expressly to meet the engineer on both occasions) so I have wasted 2 days & x4 hours driving just to get a quote....
I was glibly told I should make a third appointment....really ? Seemed very little concern for customer service, customer satisfaction or good old fashioned courtesy. Needless to say I wont be making that third appointment......
