Wish I had read the reviews before trying to use this company.
Had an engineer booked for Wednesday between 8am-12pm.
At 12 they phone up saying he is running late will be with you between 13pm-17pm.
At 17pm they phone and advise he wont make it but will book him in for the following morning again, Thursday between 9-12. Just took another call to advise it will now be between 15pm and 18pm.... just ridiculous...
will he turn up or will it be another phone call :-(
