Called at 3.00 pm because my cooker had a gas leak. I was told to switch off the gas at the mains and someone will be with me by 6pm. They called at 5.15 pm to say the engineer cant make. Rebooked for next day 1 - 4, Called at 3.00 pm to say that they have no gas-safe engineers in my area. That's 2 DAYS NO COOKER, NO HEATING, NO HOT WATER!!!!
