booked emergency boiler engineer 3 - 6pm slot explaining we had no heating or hot water whatsoever in the house.
I rang at 5.20 to be told he was held up on another job and would not be coming today.
I wish i had read the reviews before booking. I have wasted a whole day in the freezing cold.
How can companies run like this and let people down?
