The plumber himself was excellent. The fault lay with billing and subsequent contact.
The invoice that was supplied was signed by both parties. But it seems that they then charged an extra amount for the time it took him to leave the house, as an extra £59 was taken from our credit card. On trying to speak to customer services the woman was rude and completely vile. She eventually conceded to return the extra debit, but shouted and behaved with very bad grace.
