I called them Monday at 9am, announcing problems with my boiler.Being promised intervention before 12:00, I waited, waited, then phoned and was told they would come before 2, waited some more to eventually be told they would come before 6pm.....
The next morning I phoned and was told I would be visited between 9am and 1 pm. I expressed my surprise, and asked if it was worth waiting. Having got the impression from the person attending on the phone once more that the company could not care less, I told her that if they were not at my house before 1 pm they should not bother calling. Sure enough they called at 12:30 to announce delay, and I told them to cancel...
