We needed an emergency repair, no heating or hot water! Ended up being a new boiler, our engineer Danny was brilliant, helpful and worked very hard to ensure our boiler was up and running very quickly. Michelle at head office also fab, found a boiler for us and within 24 hours we are sitting in a warm house! I can't thank them all enough with two small children it could have been a nightmare but they made sure it was sorted quickly and efficiently and I didn't have to phone them they did all the running around!
