Booked for a boiler service at a cost or £118 arrived over 2 hours late started the service then was told I had a leak he shut the gas of and told me to get in touch with the national grid before leaving boiler was not serviced.To say they are supposed to be corgi registered gas engineers you would think they would be able to fix the problem but customer service seems to be non existent.2 days without heating got a proper gas engineer in found the leak which was on the boiler now up and running.calling this company cowboys is to polite
