Promised a plumber between 14:00 &18:00.We, being elderly people, wait with no heat or hot water. No plumber! 17:50 a call to say that we were the first morning slot between 8:00 & 9:00. Same person phones to say that he has got it wrong & we would not be the first slot....
rude waste of time. Hours wasted on this UN professional firm.. Good advice. Avoid...
