Call centre got my phone number wrong so the engineer wasn't able to tell me he would be running late, but he still arrived within 4 hours of initial call. Complete strip and clean boiler but was not able to identify any specific cause of the burner not lighting - although in the end it was working perfectly. Expensive, but the engineer (Dave Maxwell) explained what he was doing and why and left the inside of the casing looking neater than it was before - and, of course, we had hot water again.
