After waiting in for the whole day to be told that the engineer couldn't visit until the next day, was obviously quite frustrating, but the overall experience from the actual plumber once he was here was brilliant. He was friendly, competent and explained things as he went along. Problem fixed within the hour which meant no additional labor costs.
The service is quite pricy but having an engineer who was so lovely, kind of makes up for it.
