The main office paid attention to my request that someone be sent out who knew the boiler and water heating brands and would be able to work on them without issue. The attention to time and date of the appointment was very important to me. Ben called to let me know that he was stuck in traffic and made every effort to keep me informed. Once at our house, he was professional, efficient and got the work done na reasonable amount of time. He also explained very clearly what the issues were.
