Steve the engineer was helpful and cheerful from the moment he arrived to disconnect my elderly Mum's gas cooker. He explained exactly what he would be doing and even cleaned around and behind the cooker area for me, even though I offered to do it. Because I had paid for an hour, he also checked Mum's warm air heating boiler and although he said it was safe and working well, suggested I get it serviced. Steve and his approach to his work is a rare thing nowadays and it was much appreciated.
