I phoned one company who said they would come that day. I later found out they didn't have an engineer available until 3 days later!
This company came the same day. I had a phone call to say engineer was on his way. I had another problem with the boiler. Engineer called back immediately. Another part was required which was fitted the next day. Excellent service.
