Booked to remove gas fire yesterday 16th March. Had phone call to say engineer had been delayed due to earlier job. Not happy but re-booked for next day between 8am and 11am. Michael Rye arrived promptly at 8am and apologised for the day before and explained that he had to deal with an unsafe gas boiler. Very polite, friendly and efficient. Everything checked and made safe. Very pleased with everything. Would use this company again. This job was only booked on the previous Monday and this type of company work to alloted appointment slots so you may have to be prepared to be cancelled if something urgent occurs prior to your job. Some may think they are expensive but the job was done within days not weeks and price was comparable with other quotes recieved.
