The boiler in my rental property went out. The new tenants had a three-week-old baby and no heating or hot water. Plumbing Force said they would have someone out on Friday evening. No show. Promised for Saturday morning. Postponed to Saturday evening. Postponed to Monday morning. Finally showed up Monday evening. Engineer spent 20 mins at the property and just said, "New boiler - £1800!" Extraordinarily poor "emergency" service for which I paid £120!
