Quick response time for an appointment, good communication for how soon the plumber would arrive, and pleasant call centre service. The plumber was punctual, talked through the problem with me, gave good feedback on what was happening, made sure I was happy with the result and also fixed a loose tap for me as there was time left over on my call time. Overall was friendly and helpful, and I would definitely recommend both plumber and service.
