I am unable to proceed with this review without 'awarding' rating stars, so I had to give one star but they actually deserve no stars.
Called for emergency repair at 9.30 on Easter Saturday and was told it would be before 2 pm. They took full payment card details over the phone. Plumbingforce called later to say that the engineer was caught up and can not make the original timescale but would make it by 6pm. I phoned twice to enquire as to progress, the second time at 4.40 to find out what the situation was and was advised by a rude and curt despatcher that she was 'just about to call' to tell me that the engineer was unable to attend today and earliest appointment was following Tuesday. She was not interested in my predicament and repeated the earliest was Tuesday and did i want to cancel - I cancelled. Had they been honest up front and said that they couldn't fulfil their appointment i would have gone elsewhere. It is now too late to book anyone so there is no heating in the house in which there is a 91 year old stroke victim living.
Do not use this company - from other reviews it seems that i am not the only victim of their shambolic practice of giving a time slot and being completely unable to honour it.
