Unfortunately Plumbingforce weren't able to deal with the problem with my Saniflo toilet on the day I called as we were heading into the Easter weekend. But scheduled an appointment immediately after the weekend. The Engineer, Steve, was excellent and called to say when he'd arrive at the property and dealt with the problem efficiently.
