After several failed attempts to get other plumbers that left us without hot water for several days, at least Plumbingforce turned up promptly. The engineer put the boiler back together as left by the previous plumber in pieces and the heater fired up. He agreed that it was not quite right and had an intermittent problem (not the fan as previously suggested) but was honest enough to say that he could not pin-point it as it was working. He suggested we get the manufacturer to visit for diagnosis.
