Absolutely terrible customer service. Didn't fix or even diagnose the problem in the first hour and hit me with a big bill regardless. Took every opportunity to delay getting to the actual issue and then got very confrontational when asked to estimate time it may take to find/fix the problem.
I've been left over £100 out of pocket and without the problem having been solved as a result. Their customer service team were equally unhelpful, confrontational and unwilling to discuss solving the issue. Do yourself a massive favour and go with someone else.
