The lady who answered my call was very helpful and arranged the visit from one of your plumbers to be within a very short time. The plumber arrived well within the allocated three hour slot and he rectified the kitchen tap leak but recommended new tap for shower room basin, which was what I expected and in fact I had thought would be the best solution. He helped me chose one on-line through my computer and I shall be collecting it today and be calling you back to come and fit it. Thanks again for you very prompt and kind assistance.
