The engineer did not turn up when expected, Did not complete the work and let the boiler still leaking., did not leave any information about any faults found and overcharged from original estimate. Also he was not a local engineer.
The company did not leave a method of contacting and when emailing a complain to the enquiries address failed to respond.
I called out a local engineer who completed the work to a good standard for half the cost plumbing force charged for an unfinished job.
