When the engineer finally arrived he did a thoroughly professional job. He was helpful, polite and asked if there was anything else that he could help with.
However I was not happy with the information that I received from the office. I had to call them several times but at no stage could they supply me with an accurate time that the engineer would arrive. I was originally told that he would be with us between 14:00 and 17:00. But he had overran on a previous job and he didn't arrive until 19:30.
