Very quick call out, especially for a bank holiday and or first day in the property after moving. The initial call staff were lovely who arranged the plumber. A gentleman called Gordon came to do the work. We quickly told us the issue and was very friendly and efficient. He did explain more work needed to be done but the only downside was the grumpy head office trying to negotiate further double time labour to be completed on a weekday during normal hours... Finally they seemed to be reasonable and agreed to the normal rate - the rest of the work has just been completed. Thanks very much Gordon and team!
