We didn't have any hot water due to an issue with the motorized valve in our central heating system. The engineer Plumbing Force sent, David Maxwell, was very friendly and efficient. While he was here he also identified some other genuine problems with other aspects of the gas system and was able to fix all these to a high standard. I really have nothing but good things to say about David. On the downside, the plumber arrived a day later than they originally said they would because they weren't able to get the part we needed to make the repair from their supplier in time. I have to knock them down to 4 stars for this, but it was over the bank holiday weekend so this problem might have been out of their control to some extent.
