Danny the technician was very helpful and also listened to my suggestions. The make of dishwasher is quite complex to remove the old one and install the new ones as the instructions are not straight forward. He was also very friendly and took a very positive approach to troubleshooting. I was very happy with the service and he is a credit to the company
