I called in the morning, the engineer was here in the agreed time slot that same afternoon. He was courteous, thorough and helped escalate a warranty issue to the manufacturer for resolution. We were grateful that he didn't leave us with a problem but a way ahead and set those wheels in motion. And no additional cost! Many thanks.
