Andy Nichols came out twice - once to remove a radiator so I could decorate and once to replace it. He was friendly, courteous and always professional. He worked efficiently even with my 6 year old watching him. All mess was cleaned up afterwards. The only 'niggle' was that the call from the office to say he was on his way didn't give an ETA second time round so I was waiting for an hour. Otherwise great.
