After the engineer worked on the boiler and left, within a short time I started experiencing severe headaches. So I called plumbingforce to complain about it and seek recommendations. I was put through to a supervisor after having spoken with the lady who booked job. The supervisor came on the phone aggressively and I was so rude as if she already had a problem with me. She will not listen at all to the complain I was making. My safety was not her concern. She kept saying we shall charge you again to send an engineer out. She was more concern about charging extra than my safety or their professionalism. It was a horrible experience. At around 2:00am the headache was so intense I started feeling dizzy and breathless. Had to call emergency engineers to cut off the gas supply. Horrible.
