I was really pleased to have had an engineer come out the same day. I was kept up to date when he was unable to make my time slot.
I was told I'd get a call when he was on the way, but didn't. Not the end of the world as I was in.
Price wise, i consider it reasonable because I got same day response. Had it been planned, then I may have gone elsewhere as the company that let me down the day before we're £50 cheaper.
Really nice bloke who came, and he was very knowledgable. Cheers
