The plumber came very quickly and assessed the situation. He got a quote from the office which I accepted and he returned the following day to complete the job. The guy was friendly and explained what the problem was very well. My home was left clean and tidy on the completion of the job. The timings given on when the plumber would be on site were kept to - so no hanging around for someone either coming late or not turning up at all, which sometimes happens.
