Getting the boiler serviced was the final condition of our house sale. As it was urgent i took a day off work for a booked 9-1 appt. Upon chasing I was told no-one was coming and appt rearranged for two days later. They didn't turn up again.
We're now trying to find someone else who can do it urgently as we're meant to be completing in a few days. Plumbing Force this is the most basic task and you can't handle it and you now owe us for an emergency call out that we'll now need to ensure our house doesn't fall through. Unacceptable.
